Short, because this site currently sells nothing. These will be replaced with real purchase terms before a single order is taken, and you will be shown those terms in writing before you are asked for any money.

Nothing here is an offer to sell

Kits are not currently offered for sale. Prices shown are estimates, not quotes, and they may change with final engineering, manufacturing quotes and material costs. Joining the mailing list creates no obligation on either side and no payment method is collected. We do not accept deposits, reservations or pre-orders at this time.

Nothing here is engineering advice

Nothing on this site is an engineering determination, a building code determination, or a substitute for a licensed professional. Wind, snow, seismic and flood performance are site specific engineering and depend on your land, your foundation, your construction and your local code. No result from any tool on this site clears a permit or proves a building will perform in any particular way. Renderings and diagrams are design intent, not to scale, and not for construction.

Information about other companies

Everything published about a manufacturer is taken from that manufacturer's own published material and cited. Where a maker publishes nothing, we say so rather than estimating. Figures can go out of date and pages change. If something about your company is wrong, use the contact form with the source and we will recheck and re-cite it.

Forward-looking statements
