What is actually done.
We have promised that no kit ships to anybody until the founder's own house is finished, standing and documented. This is the documenting. It records what changed and when, and it records the things that went wrong, because a log that only records wins is a press release.

The panel specification is decided
One panel per application, no options. Exterior walls at a 5 inch core, R-19.3 for the finished wall. Floor and roof at an 8 inch core, R-30.8. We picked the second thickest of five floor panels rather than the thickest, because the top of the range adds nearly ten tons of dead load on the roof and all of it lands on the corner cages and the foundation.

Four blanks on our own listing are now filled
Wall R value, roof R value, the fire rating and the seismic category were published as blanks on our own graded listing, next to 513 competitors. They are now real figures on named standards, taken from the panel system's evaluation report. The design wind speed is still blank and stays blank until an engineer gives us one.

The kit price came down from $79,000 to $59,000
The old price was set for a much larger margin per kit. We decided $20,000 a kit is enough to run this company on and cut the price by the difference. It is an estimate rather than a quote, and it will change when our panel supplier quotes.

The founding offer was removed entirely
We had built a paid founding position that would have funded the structural engineering. We took it down. The founder is paying for the engineering personally instead. Nothing on this site is for sale and nothing will be until the engineering is stamped and the first house is standing.
